I recently sold my home that I had lived in and loved for 36 years. I recruited Lloy to help me sell it. I was contemplating a long journey of many people coming and going but as it turned out, the house had a potential buyer within 3 hours. The transaction went very smoothly and I realized that Lloy knew what he was doing. He did some unexpected favors such as replacing a couple of things that I had sold by mistake.
